Brenda Jane Waldrop Glover, 74, of East Flat Rock, passed away on September 30th after a courageous two year battle with cancer. Brenda retired from nursing at Pardee Hospital and was a member of Victory Tabernacle.
Brenda is survived by her son, Sherman Lucius Trantham, III; her daughter, Sonya Ann Harris; her grandchildren, Jesse Vanshae Case and Steven Dean Case; one great-grandchild; her sisters, Judith Purdee and Patricia Waldrop; and numerous others whose lives she touched.
Brenda is predeceased by her husband, Jeff Glover; her daughter, Rachel Smathers; and five brothers.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 10th at 2:00pm in the Chapel at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A committal will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

So sorry for your loss.I have known Brenda even when I was growing up. She has been friends with my cousin,Diane Taylor,for years. She even took care of my mother when she was in the hospital. Brenda was a nice person. Thoughts and prayers . 🙏
