Elizabeth Moore, 90, formerly of Flat Rock, died Monday, August 26, 2013 at her home in Brevard.
She was the daughter of the late Thomas & Ethel Halligan. Elizabeth is also preceded in death by her husband Charles Moore who died in December of 2011. She was an active member of Immaculate Conception Church through the years and was involved with the ladies guild and altar guild.
Elizabeth was a homemaker most of her life and enjoyed arts & crafts, gardening, and visiting with her family.
She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Facey and her husband Wade of Hendersonville; a son, Brian Moore and his wife Rosemary of Smithtown, NY; three granddaughters, Sarah, Mary, and Rose; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Dear Nancy and Wade,
We were so sorry to hear of Mrs. More’s passing. I hope she did not suffer and know she is in a better place. So glad always to have known both of them and you. Dad passed June 10. We are coping as best we can and taking care of his business.
