Willoree Jones McCall, 93, of East Flat Rock, North Carolina, went home to Heaven to be with the Lord on July 20, 2022, at Tore’s Home.
Born in Transylvania County, she lived most of her life in Henderson County. Willoree was born to the late Willie Avery and Lela Rhodes Jones; she was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of forty-nine years, Rev. Leo McCall; two brothers, and five sisters.
In 1989, Willoree retired from General Electric after thirty-nine years of service. She was a longtime member of Fair Haven Church.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Helen Louise Pace (Johnny) and Helen Bernice Bradley (Tarry); one son Donald McCall (Sybil); eight grandchildren, Barry Pace (Stephanie), Karen Cash (Darrell), Stephanie Nelson (Scott), Kim Boyd (Jeff), Curtis McCall (Jenny), Lynn (Toney), Laura Rice (John), Reggie Rollins; and fifteen great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 3 pm in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Waldroup officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior and an interment to follow after the service.
The family would like to extend their warmest gratitude to the loving staff at Tore’s Home for the excellent care of their mother.

So sorry to hear Granny has passed. Loved all the time I got to spend with her. When she would come to visit she always made biscuits and gravy. And they were always delicious. That’s one memory I will always cherish. Love you Granny ❤❤❤❤❤
