Frank Capps was one of my foremen at GE; he was a real friend, and like a second father to me when I needed help in my personal life. He was there, treating me as a father would a daughter. To all of you girls, your Dad loved you so much, and he loved you, Nancy, and was so proud of you all. He was indeed a good, Christian family man who loved his family, and I hold the highest respect for him always. May the Lord shield you under His wings, and hold you in the hollow of His hand; bringing comfort and peace. It is only a short night, for surely the Lord cometh soon. May God bless you, keep you and comfort you. A
