Dear Mrs. Schwind and Beth,
We are so sorry to hear about Fred and that we could not be there for you. Please know that we think of you often and that you are in our prayers. I will always remember Fred to be a first class example and definition of a true gentleman, a very rare breed. Fred always had words of encouragement when needed and made the time to listen as well. I am so glad that you guys allowed us to become a part of your lives all those years ago. We are and will remain better people for having known Fred, you and Beth. God bless you and know that there are many hugs waiting for you upon your return in the fall.
With much love and respect,
Mollie, Shelby, Sydney & Wayne Demaline
Dear sweet Eunice,
My heart is so sad for you and Beth. I love you and Fred so much and have always thought of you as the grandparents I never had. I am so sad that I can not be there with you in person but please know that my heart is there, and I hope you feel my hugs and love no matter how far apart we may be. God bless you and Beth during this very difficult time. Love you so much, Laurie, Joel Ashley and Brad Keene.
So sorry for your loss.
We are so sorry.
May he rest in peace.

Mrs. Schwind, So sorry to hear from Carol Weber of the death of Mr. Schwind. I worked with him at Bessemer for 11 years. I just lost my husband last month so I know what a difficult time this is for you. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. God bless you.
GOOD friends are hard to find. We have known Fred and Eunice since 1973. started as neighbors, kids growing up together, parties etc. Many fond memories, and just this year, Birthdays and Anniversaries together. Fred will be missed by us, our children and our grandchildren. Our thoughts and prayers are with Eunice and her family at this sorrowful time. The Earth has lost a very GOOD, KIND, and GENTAL MAN that we loved very much.
My deepest sympathy to you Eunice and family upon your loss of Fred. Fred was one the first people I spoke to when I came to Bessemer for a job in 1986. He was a kind and fun person to work with while I was there. My prayers are with all of you during this sorrowful and difficult time.
