I am heartbroken to hear of Guy’s passing. I will always cherish the memories I have with him, especially with the way he loved my kids when they were younger as if they were is own grandchildren. Guy is a very special type of grandparent. The kind of grandparent that loves deeply and plays with his grandchildren tirelessly. I will remember his laughter, kind heart, and generosity forever. My children and I will always hold a special place in our heart for both Guy and Jean.

Guy and I worked together for a number of years at the Asheville Steam Plant. He was an asset to our team because of his work ethic, people skills, and vast knowledge of our steam plant. Not only did I appreciate Guy as a fellow employee, I valued him as a friend.

So sorry to hear about Guys passing. I worked with Guy many years at the Asheville Power Plant. He was a gentleman to everyone he was in contact with. Guy was very smart in the many different jobs he filled over the years. I will miss him.
