James H. Wiggins, 53, of Gerton, passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at his home following a lengthy illness.
His life was riding his Harley Davidson, and he was a member of the Southern Patriots Motorcycle Club of Hendersonville for over 21 years. He was a member of Bearwallow Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Wiggins; two daughters, Rachel W. Lloyd and Brittney L. Wiggins; two stepdaughters, Misty and Lindsey Bayne; a step-granddaughter, Jaylynn; mother and stepfather, Dee and Wayne Glover; four sisters, Pam Karklin, Jamie Massie, Annette Wiggins-Banks, and Angel Wiggins; one niece; five nephews; and one great nephew.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, September 9, 2012 at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Jonathan Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the funeral home.
The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Katherine Sloss and Staff for all the special attention and loving services throughout the years; also many thanks to Bearwallow Baptist Church, pastor, and members for their love, support, and prayers for Jim and his family.

Jay & I are blessed to have known Jim. We will miss him. However, it is comforting to know that he found peace in the Lord during the last years of his life. He was always smiling even though he was so sick for so long.
