Dear Kathy, Nancy & Cheryl, I am deeply saddened to hear of Katherine’s death. However, at the same time, such fond memories of all of us growing up in Shaws Creek Church and community and the friendships that have kept us ‘together’ all these years. Katherine was a grand lady, with such strong faith and family convictions. Anyone who was fortunate enough to know her always remember her as an energetic and positive-thinking person. I’m happy she was a part of my life. May God bless you and give you peace. Sincerest condolences, Debbie
We wish we could have been at you mother’s service. Our thoughts and prayer were with you and continue to be. It’s always especially difficult to lose your mother no matter what the circumstances.

Katherine has been a dear friend since our school days and then at Southern Bell. She will be missed by many, especially her family and the “number please” girls.
