Dear Dorothea and Everlyn,

We are so sorry to hear of your Mother’s passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

We will always remember the nice visits with her and all the laughter. Our friendship goes back to December 1962 when I Hannelore, came from Germany and joined the same church in Lyons,NY. At our Wedding it was Mrs. Lotte Kunz serving us cake and coffee downstairs in church. Not knowing any English it was a plessing to me to have her to talk to in German. What a great Lady.

Dear Dottie,

We ask the Lord to give you peace and comfort. We enjoyed knowing Oma and were blessed by her during the times we were in her presence. We will remember our talks about Schweinfurt, Niederwern, and the surrounding area, which has been so special to us.

Blessings,

Dearest Lotte,

It has been such a joy to know you and to be able assist you in some small measure these past months. You had much to share and much to teach. I have been blessed by your too brief presence in my life.
