Margaret ìPegî Sutton of Hendersonville passed away Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Cherry Springs Village. She was the wife of the late Robert S. Sutton, and was also preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Pete Scribner; and her daughter, Barbara Caldwell. She was a beloved member of First Congregational Church since 1974. Her favorite hobby was playing bridge. She was an avid animal lover, loved to read cookbooks, and was a bird watcher. Her wisdom, compassion and sense of humor will be missed.
Peg is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Few and her husband Jim of Hendersonville; her son, David Caldwell of Flat Rock; five grandchildren, Barbara, and Samantha Few, Cecilia, Sara, and Jason Caldwell; many nieces and nephews; and her beloved cat, Sam.
Pegís family would like to thank her extended ìfamilyî at Cherry Springs Village, Hospice, Elizabeth House, and Council on Aging for all the love and care she received. A special thank you also goes to Jan Holder, Jeannie Stewart, and Carolyn Neal, for their many years of friendship. God bless you all.

I will miss my phone calls and visits with your Mom.She was a special friend, always full of wit and humor.l especially enjoyed celebrating her 92nd birthday with her in June. What fun we had!I will cherish her memory.
