Mary L. Carwile, 85 of Hendersonville died Sunday, February 23, 2014 after a period of declining health.
She was a native of Virginia. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Mary retired from Young Generations and was of the Methodist faith. She was a loving mother and was devoted to her family. Her kindness and loving nature will be missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her estranged husband, John Carwile of Hendersonville; two daughters, Yvonne Carwile of Hendersonville and Vivian Grooms and her husband Dewayne of Mills River; six sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, February 28, 2014 at the chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Knowing Yvonne & Viv like I do, I would have to say Mary was the sweetest of women and will be very much missed.
