Mr Corn and Pat,
Although I only knew Ms Corn for a short time, the gentleness of her spirit was clear. Even stressed by illness, she maintained a sweet dignity. She was a truly great lady.
The days ahead will be difficult for you both. Please know you are in my prayers.
Dear Pat and Family,
Our thoughts and prayers have been with you. In our short time of knowing Ms Mattie she touched it with laughter, humor, caring and respect. I could not have had a better roommate. Now praise the Lord she is roommates with Him. I have missed her every day I have been away from there.
Art you must be the sweetest husband God has ever created. Your love, devotion, and care for your sweet wife was more geniune than I have ever seen before. Take care all of you that I met and didn’t meet. I do love you all and especially Ms Mattie.

Mr. Corn, Sherry, and Pat, Tom and I tried to come to Mrs. Corn’s service today. We got tied up in a traffic jam on I-26 for several hrs. I am so sorry for your loss. The Corns were such a special part of my teenage years and I think of you often.
I will miss you Mattie but I will never forget you….thanks for all you did for me when I was a young man. Friends forever and there will always be love in my heart for you….
Love,
Jere
My heart goes out to you, Mr Corn, Pat, and Sherry. You were truly dedicated to serve all her needs and wants. What a precious family it has been my privilege to know. May God give you comfort and peace.

Pat, Sherry and Art,
Many years have passed but I still have very fond memories of Mattie and the entire family. She always made everyone feel special and there was nothing she loved more than doing things for her family. Everyone in heaven will have a new basket. A beautiful lady.
