I will miss Mick, my first cousin. He was one of the nicest men I’ve known. Family meant a lot to him, and our family (Holsteins) was lucky he was a part of ours. He was an incredibly talented singer, songwriter, and musician. I will always remember his soft voice and kind smile.

My deep condolences go out to Mick’s immediate family. I remember a talented guitar player and singer when he was young man. He would visit his Uncles, Aunts and Cousins (Holstein’s) in the Washington, DC area. He was loved and respected by all who knew him.

Mick’s belonging to our family was brief, but his passage deeply touched our lives and illuminated them with the values that defined him: responsibility, solidarity, unaffectedness, love, joy, and sincerity. May Mick’s soul rest in peace and may his family find comfort in the teachings he left as a legacy”. Aura Cala and Carlos G. Hernández.
