Natalie Christine Dunn of Henderson County passed away at her home on May 9, 2009, after a long battle with breast cancer.

She was born June 26, 1972, in Henderson County, the daughter of Donald L. Owens and Phyllis Beddingfield. She was the stepdaughter of James L. Beddingfield.

She assisted her husband with their family business, Five KW Electric. However, her first priority was being a mother to her four children. She considered her children to be her greatest achievement and always made them her first priority.

She lived everyday like it was her last. She found the adventure in the every day. Whether she was kayaking with whales in Canada or having a food fight in the backyard with her family, she made every moment an adventure. It isnít always the quantity of life we have but the quality. Her life was one of quality and adventure.

She left an imprint on those she met and she will be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her loving husband, Kelly Dunn; daughters, Kayla Dunn, Autumn Dunn and Shoshanna Dunn; a son, Raiden Dunn; a sister, Angela Scott; a brother, Danny Owens; a niece, Shalee Lucas; nephews, Seth McCall and Tyler Owens; and a father and mother-in-law, Lowell and Beaulah Dunn.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Amber Dunn, and her brother, Victor Beddingfield.

A riverside service will be held for friends and family at 4 p.m. Thursday. The address for the service is 513 Terryís Creek Road, Zirconia, NC 28790.
