May the Lord comfort you
Rest in Peace.
Little Red, My heart goes out to you too. I’m just so shocked. I hope you can find some peace in the happy memories of your dad. Remember when you let that bird loose in our house. I thought your dad was gonna make you sit in time out forever, lol. Wasn’t too long before mom had him convinced to let you get up, like always. 🙂 Prayers to you and your family.
I am so sorry to hear that Red is not with us any more. Dad and I were just talking about him yesterday. It is early Wednesday morning, and I just read his obituary in the paper and I am so sorry that my parents and I were not able to make it to the funeral. My childhood is filled with memories of Red, he and dad were very close friends for years and I know dad will be heartbroken to hear that he has passed. I’ll always remember his quickness to smile and give a chuckle, and his love of making someone laugh, and laughing along with them. Heather, I love you and please know we are all thinking about you guys right now.
