Stephanie L. Sams Succar, a wife and loving mother and lifelong resident of the Hendersonville area of North Carolina was taken from us suddenly at the young age of 46 on November 2, 2023. She is survived by her husband Victor Succar; her two beautiful children, Abigail and Johnathan; her parents, Richard and Teresa Sams; and her sister, Christie Shannon.
Stephanie’s whole life was dedicated to her children “Jojo” and “Abby”. She wanted nothing more than to be a wife and mother, and she was the absolute best at both. She raised her children to be the smartest and most loving kids, just like their mommy. Her children and her husband were her only priority in her life, and she was devoted to her children.
She was the best sister and daughter anyone could want, the most loving mother to her children. She was always kind and loving to everyone. She spent the last days of her life taking care of her children and her elderly grandmother. Before she had her beautiful children, she spent a lot of time caring for and loving her two nephews, Chase and Reuben, who miss their “Effie” immensely. She was the greatest aunt and helped mold them into the young men they are today.
The loss of our Stephanie will be felt by her family forever. She was always happy to help anyone. She never met a stranger and her heart was so big. She loved and helped anyone in need. She was the most caring person in this world. She loved cooking for her children and her husband. She loved scrapbooking to keep memories for her children. She loved playing bingo, and she loved all of her animals.
She was the backbone of her family. She was the greatest mother, wife, daughter, sister, and niece anyone could ask for. The loss of her life will never be filled. There will never be another soul on earth as precious as our “Effie”.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 07, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Hendersonville. A service to celebrate the life of Stephanie will follow at 6:00 p.m.
A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, November 08, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Hendersonville. Entombment will follow the service on Wednesday, November 08, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Candler, North Carolina.
I am so sorry to hear about Stephanie’s passing. She was a sweet person.
Stephanie, You will be missed.
Dear Sweet Momma Stephanie,
You will surely be missed by all that knew you! You were one of the first families that offered to volunteer repeatedly in our classroom and on field trips for 1st Grade at Sugarloaf! Your influence, love and caring heart at our school and in the lives of both of your children here will affect us all for the rest of our days!
As you watch over your family, please know your children will have a community and family that will continue to watch them grow and support them along the way through all of the future events and memories! Sending hugs from all!
The Ehrnsberger Family and First & 4th Grade Teams here, and all of the staff here at Sugarloaf!
