Thomas ìTerryî Hunter, Jr. 48, of Hendersonville, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, March 12, 2015 at Life Care Center of Hendersonville, after an extended illness. The son of Tommy and Judy Hunter of Hendersonville, he was a lifelong resident of Henderson County.
Terry was a 1985 graduate of Hendersonville High School. He enjoyed woodworking and watching sports on TV. He was an avid NASCAR fan.
He is survived, in addition to his parents, by his wife Denise; two daughters, Natalia and Kennedy Hunter of Hendersonville; and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A graveside service will be at 3:00pm Sunday, March 15, 2015 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with Pastor Rob Cuevas officiating. Memorials may be made to Four Seasons Compassion for Life, 517 S. Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.

I truly will miss my nephew, Terry Hunter! His smile. his friendship, and the place he held in our family. The Lord called him, and he happily went, but I will count the days or years until I get to see him.
I’m so sorry to hear that Terry passed away. He was such a sweet guy in school. My prayers are with his family.
I have known Terry for years, I first met him at Mt. View Christian Fellowship where I attended with my two small children, Terry was the usher there. Sad to hear the news about his passing at such a young age, but, glad to know that he was a Christian Man and loved the Lord. My prayers go out to Denise, the girls and family.

I’m so sorry to hear about Terry. I just found out a few minutes ago.I would have been there. Anything I can do let me know.
Since I grew up with Terry and went all the way through school with him, it’s hard to say “Farewell”. I prayers and sympathies are extend to his family, especially to his two daughters. May God bless you.
We were so sad to hear of Terry’s passing, I wish we could known him better but We enjoyed the time we spent with him and his family.We will keep you in our prayers.
