Victoria Marie Kniffen

Victoria “Vicki” Marie Kiehl Kniffen, 70 of Flat Rock, passed away Thursday, May 7, at the Elizabeth House. A native of Wayne County, MI, she had lived in Henderson County for the past 8 years. She had worked for Hospice of Michigan, was a member of the Hendersonville Elks Lodge and of Grace Lutheran Church. Mrs. Kniffen is survived by her husband of 34 years, Michael Kniffen; 5 children, David Marcoux of Flat Rock, Robin Marcoux-Flores and her husband Ricardo Flores of Taylor, Michigan, Peter “Pete” Kniffen and his wife Tonya of New Market, TN, Jared Kniffen of Flat Rock and Karen Kniffen and her fiancÈ Brent Owen of Flat Rock; 4 grandchildren, Emily Frye and her husband Clay of Buchanan, MI, Michael Woodlan of Buchanan, MI, Maddux and Jaxson Kniffen, both of New Market, TN; a great-grandson, Gunner Frye of Buchanan, MI and many nieces and nephews. A funeral will be held 2:00 pm Monday, May 11, at Grace Lutheran Church. Revs. Greg Williams and Ken Langsdorf will officiate. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive guests for one hour prior to the service at the church.
