Virginia, I will miss you with all my heart. I am sad that you wont be around to talk to. You were the most giving person I have ever known. I am so happy your journey is over and now you can rejoyce and be with our heavenly father. Your niece Donnette

Our prayers are with Virginia’s family during this time. Her smile and willingness to help others was a great encouragement. We both worked with Virginia at the city until our retirement. She will be missed by all.
