Virginia Taylor Saunders went home to our Lord and Savior Tuesday October 4 2022 after a three year battle with cancers. Retired for several years from Norton Diamond Tools, she enjoyed puzzles, pets, Tarheel basketball and beach camping trips. But most of all she enjoyed gathering with friends, family and fellowship at Mud Creek church.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Don, earlier this year. The youngest of seven, she also is preceded in death by brothers Thomas Taylor and Morris Taylor; and sister Anne Bishop.
She is survived by her daughter Tonya Tebben (Boyd), son Todd Saunders; sister Mary Capps and brothers David Taylor (Janet) and Roy Taylor (Karen). The family wishes to thank everyone for their support, love and much prayer these past three years. God bless you all.
A memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, October 7, 2022 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Chapel.
Virginia and Don were both very special people. Was privileged to be their friend . Loved Virginias family so much and still have a box her dad made me to put my ceramics church in. Friends never to be forgotten
Both Don and Virginia were warm wonderful people. She and Don will be missed.
